It’s hard to imagine a nicer furnished rental in Iloilo. It’s in a very secure, gated and guarded 4,500 square meter green and leafy compound in the Molo district. The apartment is the entire first floor of a large building. It features a 50′ long living room, high ceilings, spacious kitchen, two air conditioned bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms. Ceiling fans in living room. Cable TV, landline and DSL are already installed. Includes complete furnishings (most of which are antiques collected by the landlady’s mother) plus stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishes, flatware, cookware and bedding. Maid available.
