We have had very good luck with Attorney Jeanette Ong, Casa Plaza Building (a former hotel which is now an office building, it adjoins the Atrium Shopping Center), Suite 210, Iloilo City, +63-336-3826, mobile 09209188170. Jeanette is a former Iloilo Registrar of Deeds. She specializes in real estate and has treated us in a honest and straightforward manner.
Another possibility is Attorney Florecita Gelvezon. She represented the finance company which owned a property we were interested in buying. St. Elizabeth’s Center is a good size office building on the south side of Valeria Street between the Valeria Street “side” entrance to the Atrium Shopping Center and the SM Delgado shopping center. It contains dozens of doctor and dentist offices.
