Cathay Pacific Iloilo, Manila, Philippines. We’re delighted that Cathay Pacific Airways has opened a ticket office in Iloilo City. It’s located on General Luna Street in the city proper, in the new “Arthur Suites” building. There’s a big Cathay Pacific sign, so you can’t miss it.
When it first opened we thought it was just a travel agent selling Cathay Pacific tickets. Then we bought our son tickets to fly to the Philippines from Cathay Pacific USA. Since we used our U.S. credit card to pay for the tickets, Cathay Pacific required, as an anti-fraud measure, that our son either present the credit card at the time of checking in for his flight, or we had to bring our credit card to a Cathay Pacific ticketing office. At first we thought we were going to have to FedEx the credit card to our son but then we thought of the new Cathay office. Bob stopped by there and it really was a real Cathay Pacific office. They were able to bring our son’s reservation up on their computer and execute the credit card verification. It’s so refreshing to see such technological and managerial competence, especially after the trial of buying a Cebu Pacific Airlines (NO relation to Cathay Pacific) ticket. With them, foreign credit cards are not accepted on their cranky website. We had to go to a travel agent, pay in cash. Our ticket was printed out on a dot matrix printer with a ribbon so old that the ticket was only just barely legible. Thank you Cathay

please send me list of offices of cathay in manila area specifically near in quezon city. i want to rebook my flight from manila to london earlier than my booked flight anb buy ticket for my husband as well. thank you so much.

I don’t see any reference to any other official Cathay office in Manila. Of course you could try a travel agent, but if I were you I’d stick with the official Cathay ticketing office. We’ve always found Cathay Pacific ticket agents to be super helpful. Good luck!
